Journal 27-Describe a Process

     Well, I know a lot of processes. (washing a dog!) The process that I usually do is how to cook a bread and the purpose of this process is to get a well-cooked bread for breakfast. First, you take the bread out of the fridge. Second, you open the bag and take the bread out. Third, you plug on the charger and you put your piece of bread in. At last, you got a well-cooked bread!! You can know if you followed the steps correctly, or else you got a wet white bread. You can easily tell if the process is going well, by looking at the color that it changes into when you cook it.

Journal 26 writing

          I do like writings, because you can write every think inside your little brain(or big brain). Although I need to spend a lot of time writing, I always have a problem of lead breaking into small pieces when I'm writing happily. I like to write continuously because when you don't know what to write you can keep writing and write some jabber jabbing. I don't like to write stories because the story that was written by me is nonsense. Writing is good for satisfying your brain and when you finish it, it feels quite well. You should be a teacher if you are very good at it.

Journal-25 process

         In my opinion, A process is the whole thing of step to step. Another word for a process is an action. The thing that must be done in a process is an action, so that makes it easy to pronounce it.  In every process, the thing that you make first must be very different from the one you have done at the end. So there is a stage in the process that changes a thing to another thing. I know I have gone through a lot of processes. Living things have a living process (of course!!!), but human has a lot more process then another living things. I've just gone through a little bit of my life process. And I'm changing it better.

Journal 24 -Character

   In Zach's lie, Mrs. Osborn is a successful mom and she never gives up. She tries very hard to get her husband out of the "cage thing ."The reason that I choose her is that she is very successful as I say and not very lazy. In this story, the author describes her very clearly. In my opinion, I'm clumsy and I like to be kind. People can know me by my voice and my" WHO ARE WE" poster. when I tell adults I am a six grader they often ask which Taiwanese school are you going to? They don't know that I am in an American school.  Sometimes I think I am very special and sometimes I think I'm just a normal person.

journal -23 You're welcome

        For me, thankful means that you appreciate very much to have the thing the people give to you. And you are happy to have that. My way to express gratitude is to use the thing that they give well and don't use it to do bad things. And also do the way that they want to you use it. I'm thankful that my parents let me come to this school because in my old school we have 8~9 homework to do and we have a test every day. I think that people should be thankful that they have food, shelter and also a good body to live. Because if we don't have these stuff we can't survive. You should be thankful to whoever gives you that kind of thing. And say thank you to them(which might be your parent) You can give others the thing that they want to let them feel thankful. 

Journal 22-Friend ship

      In my opinion, I think friends are not so important. You don't have to be so popular, people might not remember your name when they are talking to you. Also, I like to be alone sometime. My sister often says," don't be so weird!" My family never forced me not to be friend with anyone. I was betrayed by a friend when I was in 3rd grade, we were playing a game. which everyone has to hold hands together, the people in the front have to run in a big circle and make everyone dizzy. I want to go when we were playing the game. My friend said, "if you want to go, I will let go your hand."Then she let go my hand and I got a concussion. She never did that to me before, And she didn't even apologize. I ask her why she did that, she says, "I never liked you before, that's why!" For me the best way to do if your friend betrayed you is to block their youtube channel or delete all the chat about he or her you are angry about.

journal 21-What's in a name

    For me, I've never changed my name before. If I can rename myself, I would still call myself Natalie, I like my name. The meaning of it is the person born in Christmas.  The name that my classmate usually call me is Natalie. But if we are playing games, the girls will call me "bye~Nadalie"
which sounds very strange. I don't think a person's name matters. Whatever your name is you are still you, and you will not change because of your name. I think Hulk is a pretty cool name, It is very cool and I don't even know that is that even a name? The reason that I like this name is that, why don't you just call that giant or green guy, Green giant? I am very interested in knowing why the author gives him the name. So this is why I think this name is cool!

Journal-20 The New Me

     For me, I like the most is my body because my mom gave it to me when I was born. I'm very happy she born me. I don't like my height, I wish I can grow taller. If I can recreate myself I would like to keep my whole body except my height. I would really like to change my height if I could. I think the thing that is recognizable from me is the way I talk. Everybody said that my voice is very special. It is easy to tell that I'm Natalie because of the style I walk and the way that I talk. If I must disguise my most recognizable features I would probably change it in a funny way. And I would change my voice into a grandma's voice.

Journal-19 Starting Over

       If I had to leave my life and start a new life. And of course, I don't want to do that. First, I would be pretty sad, because I thought that my life has just begun to the best part. Second, If I don't have a choice and I can't change the rest of my life, my life would be totally ruined. If I can take only 3 people perhaps I would take my mom, my dad, and Nicole. Because they are very nice to me and they never do something bad to me. I would take my scarf and my hat which my grandma sewed for me. Because they are better than the one that you can buy in a store. If I can't bring anything I would give it to someone who likes it. The things that would be hard to give up is my birthday gift. If I can choose where I want to start a new life, I would like to go to Japan, because it is very beautiful and clean country. It would be difficult to make new friends, but it would be easy to get into the environment there. It probably will be difficult to learn new stuff. Learning new languages that aren't easy.

Journal-18 In disguise

       For me, It's very fun to disguise myself. The reason that I like to do this is that you can challenge everyone. Whoever figures out might be very smart! When you are in this kind of situation, you begin to fell fun and people began to guess what kind of person are you. That's when it becomes more fun. In my opinion, I think the kind of people that like to do this is when you are a less popular people. The best costume I've seen before is a kid wearing a pumpkin suit. But the thing that is cool is that when he bends down it looks like a statue pumpkin.  The best costume that I wear before is a ghost, by wearing a mask in front of my face. But I don't know why everyone guesses it out. 

Journal-17 Camp taiwan

What I expect to happen in camp Taiwan is that there must be a lot of insects in the tent.

We even saw a firefly in the tent. What I didn't expect to happen is that the lunch was pretty good.

And I thought the weather will be very hot but it rained a lot eventually.         

I had a good time in camp Taiwan, I like the activities and the lunch.

I don't like the weather, the tent, and the Zipline. Also, there are too many muds and rocks on the road.

 I like the giant swing and shooting arrows. When I went on the big swing,

it gave you a wonderful view when goes top.

And when I was shooting the arrow, it made me feel to do better,

so I got a yellow target one time in the end.

I would like to go to Camp Taiwan again. I wish it won't rain so much next year,

and the tent will be better with fewer bugs. If this could happen, I would like to go with my family.

                    

journal -16 Trust

                             Trust is a kind of feeling that you give someone. In my opinion character traits that every one must be a trustful person. You can tell a person telling a lie when they keep moving their eyeball when they are talking ( it might not be true! ) but you can't tell if a person is telling a trust. The people that I trust the most is my family member, They won't lie to me or hurt me. In my opinion from before to now, I don't really have a person that I trust ( most of my friend lied to me. ) I don't know if other trust me or not,

I might not be trust even though I lied a little, some people cares a lot. If someone tells me to help to lie for them, I will see what kind of situation is it.   

Journal 15-Drawing the line

          I don't like to tell lies but I would tell a lie under circumstances of something important. Well, even though I don't like to lie but I would rather stretch a lie than saying a whole lie.  You break the truth when they got you. The line I draw between a white lie and bad lie is when that person found out the truth. As same as secrets. In my opinion, you can always keep a

secret when they know nothing about it. You shouldn't keep a secret when they already knew it.

                                         

Journal 14-Can Truth Hurt?

                                             Well, in my opinion, lies are sometimes dangerous and hurtful. You might let them be very sad and angry. Truth and lies are probably different, the difference between truth and lie is truth doesn't hurt as much as a lie( well, sometimes it hurts a lot, too). If you lie they can be sad or even angry. I've been hurt by a lie before, I had a stapler and I borrowed my friend, then she told me that the stapler was broken, and a few months later she told me that she lied, it was actually lost. I was very angry about that, I would be happier if she tells me the truth at the beginning. I've also been hurt by a truth, I had a test to come to A.S.T and my dad told me that I didn't pass the test. It really hurts other's feeling when you heard that you didn't pass the test to your favorite school. So, sometimes truth and lies hurt people very much.

Journal 13 - Secrets and Lies

     A secret is a thing that you don't want others to know.  The similar thing to lie is that you don't want them to know the truth. Sometimes secrets are good to have when it hurts your family or friend. They might feel sad or angry about it. It is very different between keeping a secret and having a secret. keeping a secret is not easy but having a secret for your own is very easy. But sometimes you might have to tell a lie to protect the secret. I don't think that it is possible to keep a secret by not telling a lie
                           

journal -12 white lies

    White lies is a kind of lie that tries to protect other's feeling. An example of it, you have a dog and one day it got lost and your  mom doesn't want you to be sad so she told you that it went to have a vacation. In my opinion white lies are the best lie, it is OK to protect other's feeling. Of course i will tell a white lie when there is greater good to serve. You have to draw a line when you got caught by he or her. When you are hurting other's feeling, lies will stop being white.

Journal -11 Truth and lies

   I am Natalie,I was born in america and I'm also a human bean,of course I'm not a monster.I think that being honest and telling a truth is very important,mom always tell us to not to tell a lie.If you tell a whole truth,that means that you are honest.You can tell someone the truth by saying the most important point.It makes other more clear about what you are saying.

Journal -10 My Hopes and Wish

   I wish that there were no wars and our country will be very safe. I hope that my dad won't be too angry all the time, he usually is easy to be angry. when I grow up I wish I have enough money to buy a dog (it doesn't matter what kind it is). I hope that I won't be kick out of AST. I wish my family and I can move to America when I go to college. well,maybe this is all my wish.

     I am Natalie, a new student. I was born in America, and I have a older brother and a twin sister(which is bigger than me). I like to play piano and reading books on my free time. My favorite thing to do on every weekend is play tennis. so, this all the true thing about me.

  The book's tittle is Mr.popper's penguin by little brown,it is about 260 pages.It is about a house painter Mr.popper,his friend send him a penguin from Antarctica for his birthday gift.The penguin cause a lots of problem it even let him go into the jail.This story is very funny when the penguin cause problem .In this story tell us the love of Mr.popper to the penguin.He never forgot of having a circus of penguin.
